Because we love our clients, Beverly Hills Lingerie offers free domestic shipping on all orders, excluding sole Panty Party orders, and also offers international shipping for a flat rate of $10.

Domestic packages typically arrive within 2-7 business days. If not, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat and we will resolve the issue immediately. Expedited shipping can be offered at an additional charge upon checkout.

Route Package Protection

We offer Route Package Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. For orders under $100, the fee is $0.98. For orders over $100, the fee is 2% of your order subtotal. Route Package Protection is automatically added to your order, but you can remove it before placing your order if desired. If you choose to remove Route Package Protection, you accept that Beverly Hills Lingerie is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you place an order with Route Package Protection and your item(s)/package(s) are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please visit this page to file a claim. 

Returns & Exchanges

If it's not love at first sight, most items are eligible for the 14-day return window. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unworn condition with tags. To begin your return, please contact info@beverlyhillslingerie.com. Once accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Also because we love our clients, we cannot accept returns on some of our collection due to sanitary reasons. The intimates industry is quite intimate, and thus for the comfort of our clients, we cannot return or exchange some pieces, more specifically, on items that include a panty or panty party purchases.

We kindly ask you to allow us 1-3 business days to process your inquiry and do our best to resolve your issue; we don't like an unsatisfied customer. Keep in mind there is $5 deducted from any return, which accounts for a return shipping label and the small restock fee.
